1)  Failed to have Good Moral Ethics
     (If child pornography or child abuse is spotted, will immediately be
     reported without exceptions to the authorities).
2)  Sites without separate awards page, easy to find.
3)  Under Construction or part Under Construction sites.
4)  Sites that do not work in both I.E. and Netscape browsers.
5)  Sites with just links to other sites having nothing more than that.
6)  Sites with less than 3 pages can only win the Cool Award.
7) Sites that have incorrectly submitted their URL or E-mail address.
